Jourdan Pace, MA,

Pre-Licensed Counselor

A smiling woman with glasses and shoulder-length brown hair, wearing a black t-shirt and layered necklaces, standing in front of a gray background.

Therapy with me is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I aim to create a space where you can show up as your full self—messy, unsure, and still figuring things out—without pressure to have all the answers. I don’t believe therapy is about an expert fixing you; instead, we work together to understand what’s coming up for you and to discover what healing and growth could look like in a way that actually fits your life.

I’ve worked in residential, partial hospitalization, and outpatient settings in both eating disorder and mental health primary treatment. I especially enjoy supporting people with eating disorders, body image concerns, and LGBTQIA+ clients. I enjoy drawing from DBT-informed skills to help you navigate tough moments, make sense of your emotions, and take steps toward change that feel realistic and sustainable.

About Jourdan outside of therapy:

I’ve been a Nashvillian for 16 years and love nothing more than hiking trails in and around the city. When I’m not exploring, I’m crocheting, reading, cooking, or deciding which of my houseplants takes top spot (Cebu Blue and Fiddle Leaf Fig are currently battling it out). I love almost anything that’s green, am a die-hard fan of 70’s music, a sucker for anything boho, and a proud lifelong Gilmore Girls fan - go team Jess!
