I offer a warm, collaborative, and goal-oriented space where clients feel comfortable being honest and supported. I believe therapy works best when it’s a partnership, and I strive to make our work together both meaningful and productive. My style is compassionate and direct, encouraging clients to explore challenges while also focusing on concrete steps toward change.

I enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, and couples as they navigate important transitions and challenges. Drawing from CBT, existential, and narrative approaches, I tailor our work to your unique needs—whether that means developing practical coping skills, finding new meaning in your experiences, or reshaping the stories you tell about yourself. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where growth feels possible.

What kind of clients do you see?

● Support during pregnancy and postpartum

● Marital and premarital relationships

● Guiding adolescents through life transitions

● Managing anxiety and panic with care and practical tools

● Navigating life after the impact of trauma

About Lane outside of therapy:

Outside of my work as a therapist, you can usually find me experimenting in the kitchen, planning my next adventure, or hosting friends and family. I believe in the value of play and creativity, and I try to bring that same energy into my work with clients. My favorite forms of self-care include painting, reading, and spending time outdoors.
