Your relationship with food and your body can change
Eating disorders and body image struggles often grow quietly, and they are rarely only about food. Maybe you're just noticing that something feels off. Maybe you're stepping down from a higher level of care, or you've been carrying this for years.
Wherever you are, there is room for you here. Recovery isn't a straight line, and you don't have to do it alone.

What we can help with
Eating concerns show up in many ways. You do not need a specific diagnosis to reach out.
Our approach
Our eating disorder work is led by Jourdan Pace, LPC-MHSP, who has worked in residential, partial hospitalization, and outpatient eating disorder treatment. Therapy is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative, drawing on DBT-informed skills.
Because eating disorders affect the body as well as the mind, outpatient therapy works best alongside your own medical and nutrition providers. With your permission, Jourdan stays in close contact with your dietitian, primary care provider, and other providers.
This may be a good fit if
You are ready for weekly outpatient support. You are medically stable and want a steady place to do this work.
You are stepping down from a higher level of care. You want continuity as you return to everyday life.
You have a doctor and dietitian, or are open to finding them. A dietitian and doctor are an important part of outpatient recovery. We can help you find them.
Body image is weighing on you. Even without a diagnosis, how you feel about your body is affecting your life.
When a different level of care may fit better
Outpatient therapy isn't always enough on its own. If your doctor has concerns about your medical safety, or symptoms are escalating quickly, a higher level of care may be the safest place to start.
We'll help you find the right support, and we're here when you're ready to step down.
